Hitachi Energy Ltd. is seeking a Project Manager to lead and deliver Grid Automation projects from order booking through commissioning and close-out.

You will serve as the primary contact for project execution, ensuring safety, on-time delivery and quality across customers, engineering teams, suppliers and internal stakeholders. You will develop schedules, resource plans, cost forecasts and risk registers while maintaining strong customer satisfaction and reporting project performance to key

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in electrical/electronic engineering or related field.
• Experience managing customer-facing technical projects with scope, schedule and cost accountability.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools; PMP preferred.

Aufgaben

• Lead and deliver Grid Automation projects from initiation to completion.
• Act as the primary customer interface for project delivery activities.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, resource plans, and cost forecasts.
• Coordinate with customers, engineering teams, suppliers and internal functions to ensure timely execution.
• Monitor progress, cash flow, risks, and opportunities; drive mitigation actions.
• Ensure compliance with Hitachi Energy quality standards and HSE requirements.
• Prepare regular project status reports and communicate performance to stakeholders.
• Contribute to lessons learned and best practices across project teams.
• Promote a culture of safety, integrity, collaboration and accountability.
