Job summary

Solaroo RE Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Project Manager for the Earthing & Lightning Division to lead engineering projects, organize elements, and ensure progress per plan. You will supervise project engineers, resolve site issues, and manage manpower resources to keep work on schedule.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in Electrical Engineering with at least 6 years in related fields, preferably in photovoltaic projects, and is proficient with MS Office and AutoCAD.

Qualifications

• Hardworking, versatile, disciplined and self-motivated with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Analytical, able to work independently and handle multitasking.
• Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Equivalent experience and knowledge in Photovoltaic industry are preferred.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Managing and planning the construction project and check progress and activities in order.

Managing the project engineers and to resolve site construction problems and making decision.

Plan and strategize on the manpower resources.

Ensure that all site progress and interim collection are as per scheduled.

Controlling the cost of the materials and labour.

Controls project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan and schedule changes, to ensure BOQ and material usage within the allocated budget.

Ensuring that the project deliver on time.

Ensure proper training to the Engineer and Supervisor.

To provide assessment to the Engineer and Supervisor.

Requirements:
