Job summary

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, authorities, contractors, and service providers for site visits, technical matters, submissions, and approvals.
• Prepare and manage project documentation, including daily site reports, progress reports, work programmes, method statements, and other technical documents.
• Monitor project progress, quality, materials, manpower, and site activities to ensure work is completed according to schedule and specifications.
• Assist in project planning, technical coordination, troubleshooting, and resolving site-related issues.
• Prepare project costing, material take-offs, quotations, and cost estimates when required.
• Ensure all works comply with relevant technical requirements, specifications, safety regulations, and applicable standards.
• Perform any other engineering and project-related duties as assigned by the management.
