Job summary

Kitacon Sdn Bhd in Klang Valley seeks an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead mid to large-scale building and infrastructure projects, ensuring on-time delivery, safety and quality.

You will plan, monitor budgets and schedules, coordinate with clients, consultants and subcontractors, and steer project teams toward profitability while upholding Malaysian regulations. This is a demanding role requiring strong leadership and contract management expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 8 years in construction industry.
• Minimum 3 years of project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction operations and contract management.
• Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage budgets, teams and multiple projects.
• Knowledge of Malaysian construction regulations and safety requirements.
