Job summary

Angsana Tunas is seeking a capable Data Centre Project Manager to lead planning, delivery, and handover of critical civil works in Gelang Patah, Johor. The role requires strong leadership and a track record in large-scale infrastructure projects.

You will manage schedules, budgets, procurement, and safety, coordinating with consultants, suppliers, and clients while ensuring quality and BIM coordination throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of project management experience in civil construction projects.
• Proven track record in data center, industrial, or large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Excellent leadership, resourceful, result-oriented and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication, with ability to convey complex information clearly.
• Strong knowledge of steel works, procurement, and technical specifications.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with ability to manage high-value contracts.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction schedules, budgets, and resources to achieve timely handover.
• Drive resolution of site obstructions and negotiate practical specifications to avoid commercial impact.
• Coordinate with consultants, suppliers, and contractors on shop drawings, procurement, and mobilisation.
• Provide executive-level reporting and communication to stakeholders.
• Take responsibility and accountability for prevention of work-related injury and ill health as well as quality control in the project.
• Take lead in technical discussions with client and monitor BIM modelling progress and coordination prior to shop drawing submission and subsequently fabrication work to minimize rework on site.
• Manage and monitor day-to-day operations from all departments (construction, safety, engineering and QC)
