• Ensure project delivery within timeline, budget, and required specifications

• Monitor project progress, costs, and overall project performance
• Manage project budgets, cost control, and variation orders
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and regulatory guidelines
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Prepare project reports and progress updates for management
• Lead and supervise site teams to ensure smooth project execution
