Job summary

PERSOL in Penang seeks a results-driven project manager to lead cross-functional teams in highly regulated product development, aligning business objectives with timelines and budgets.

You will plan, monitor and report progress, manage stakeholders at all levels, and ensure design transfer and industrialization proceed smoothly while adhering to processes, SOPs, and guidelines.

Qualifications

• Further education in project management education.
• Experience leading highly regulated product development projects.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and build up winning project teams with the right mindset, cross-functional skill mix and complement it with capable external resources where needed.
• Plan, monitor and report projects with coordination of interfaces to related projects.
• Ensure proactive stakeholder management and communication to all levels.
• Demonstrate clear leadership towards all management levels.
• Manage all activities to achieve the overall project targets including design transfer and industrialization.
• Through leadership and methodological competence, ensure efficient implementation and adherence to processes, guidelines, and regulations.
• Proactively anticipates, identifies, mitigates risks, and resolves conflicts in the project team and with stakeholders.
