Responsibilities

Role Summary: The Project Manager is responsible for managing small to mid-size

projects that are within the business tower. This role involves overseeing project

deliverables throughout the entire project lifecycle and ensuring timely, within-budget

completion. The Project Manager will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders,

ensuring projects meet CTC’s PMO methodology and customer expectations

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

Project Management and Delivery:

• • Manage the full project lifecycle for small to mid-size projects, ensuring compliance with CTC’s PMO methodology.
• • Develop and implement project plans, from initiation to project handover.
• • Define roles and responsibilities for all stakeholders, including customers, project teams, principals, subcontractors, and others affected by the project.
• • Monitor and control project tasks, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and scope.
• • Build Testing and Commissioning
• • Operational Documentation
• • Project Handover to Operations

Stakeholder Management:

• • Collaborate with sales, pre-sales, legal, and delivery teams to align project scope with objectives.
• • Maintain effective communication between customers, internal teams, and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle.
• • Facilitate solutions when project challenges arise or when deadlocks are encountered.

Process Monitoring and Reporting:

• • Assign and monitor project work to ensure progress aligns with guidelines.
• • Identify, track, and communicate project-related issues, scope changes, and contingencies.
• • Prepare and present regular status reports to stakeholders and senior management.
• • Notify the next level of management regarding any issues that may impact cost, scope, or schedule.
• • Prepare project billing documents upon customer sign-off.
• • Update the project status dashboard and report progress bi-monthly.

Additional Responsibilities:

• • Be available outside regular business hours for project deployment activities (if required).

Requirements

Education and Experience:

• Diploma/Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
• PMP or Prince2 certification required.
• Minimum of 3 years of project management experience in the ICT industry.
• Possess leadership abilities, negotiation, and influencing skills.
