Job summary

FiberHome Telecommunication Technologies Malaysia is seeking a Site Engineer to manage subcontractors and coordinate field activities in Penang.

You will address site complaints, track progress, prepare weekly updates for management and clients, and verify As-Built documentation for project claims. Willingness to work nighttime occasionally and potential relocation to Northern Malaysia are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering (any discipline).
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in the Telecommunication industry.
• Experience working on Maxis Fiber projects will be an added advantage.
• Willing to be based in Penang and accept relocation or deployment to other areas in Northern Malaysia in the future.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external customers, subcontractors, and relevant personnel.
• Willing to work during nighttime occasionally, depending on site and project requirements.
