Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Project Control professional to assist the Project Manager in coordinating meetings with subcontractors and logging minutes. You will monitor milestone progress from PR to GR and support weekly reporting, issue follow-up, and documentation control.

Additional duties include tracking billing documents and ensuring compliance with project standards. A 2-3 year background in project control and a related degree are preferred, with ISDP system familiarity as a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Energy Management, Civil Engineering, IT, or related fields.
• 2-3 years of project control or project implementation experience.
• Solid knowledge of Project Control / Project Management functions.
• Familiar with project control systems, such as ISDP system.
• Familiarity with ISO27001, TIA-942 standards an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and log meeting minutes with subcontractors for project meetings.
• Monitor milestone progress on PO control from PR to GR.
• Monitor weekly project reporting and follow up with each issue owner.
• Control project documentation within the project.
• Track and verify billing supporting documents from the project team.
