Job summary

Yonyou (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager to lead end-to-end ERP implementations, ensuring delivery on time, in scope, and within budget. You will coordinate with clients and internal teams, translate business requirements into project plans, and drive governance across the project lifecycle.

Ideal candidates have at least 5 years in ERP projects, a Bachelor’s degree in IT or business, PMP certification, and strong Mandarin is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in ERP project implementation or consulting.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, business, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Finance, HR, or Supply Chain ERP projects.
• Solid understanding of project lifecycle, methodologies, and delivery frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ERP project implementations including planning and delivery.
• Coordinate scope, timelines, and resource allocation with stakeholders.
• Manage risks, issues and changes; ensure on-time delivery within budget.
• Oversee testing phases including UAT and system validation.
• Prepare project status reports and capture lessons learned.

We are a fast-growing team building strong local capabilities in delivering Yonyou ERP and Cloud solutions. We’re looking for an experienced ERP Project Manager who can lead end-to-end implementations and drive successful project delivery for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

• Lead end-to-end ERP project implementation (planning, execution, delivery)
• Develop and manage project scope, timelines, and resource allocation
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget

Stakeholder Management

• Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams
• Gather and analyze business requirements to ensure solution alignment
• Provide regular updates and manage stakeholder expectations
• Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Proactively manage issues and project changes

Quality & Delivery Assurance

• Ensure ERP solutions meet business requirements and quality standards
• Oversee testing phases including UAT and system validation
• Apply best practices in project delivery and governance

Change Management & Adoption

• Support user training and system rollout
• Ensure smooth adoption of ERP systems across client organizations
• Manage change requests and transition processes effectively

Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare project status reports for stakeholders and management
• Capture lessons learned for continuous improvement

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in ERP project implementation / consulting / project management
• Domain Knowledge: Experience in Finance, HR, or Supply Chain ERP projects is highly preferred
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Business, or related field
• Project Management: Strong understanding of project lifecycle, methodologies, and delivery frameworks
• Tools: Familiar with Microsoft Office, Visio, Gantt charts, or project planning tools
• Certification: PMP or equivalent is an advantage
