Job summary

Systems Malaysia is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Manager to spearhead end-to-end delivery of D365 implementations across Finance, Supply Chain, CE, and related business apps.

The role requires hands-on ERP/CRM delivery experience, exceptional communication, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, testing cycles, and vendor–client engagements to achieve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of project management experience
• Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid)
• Demonstrated test management experience (UAT, SIT, end-to-end)
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and drive cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Lead full project lifecycle delivery for Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, RAID logs, communication plans, and stakeholder maps
• Facilitate project governance, status reporting, steering committee updates, and project documentation
• Serve as primary client contact, ensuring clear communication and alignment
• Oversee testing lifecycle (UAT, SIT, sign-off) and ensure alignment with business requirements
• Coordinate work between developers, functional consultants, QA teams, and vendors
• Monitor risks, issues, dependencies, and budget adherence

Systems Malaysia is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of D365 implementations across Finance, Supply Chain, CE, and related business applications.

The ideal candidate combines strong project management discipline, hands-on experience in ERP/CRM delivery, and the ability to collaborate with technical, functional, and client stakeholders.

This role requires a structured, outcome-driven project leader with experience managing cross-functional teams, test cycles, and vendor–client engagements.

Key Responsibilities Project Delivery & Governance

• Lead full project lifecycle delivery for Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O, CE, Power Platform) implementations
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, RAID logs, communication plans, and stakeholder maps.
• Facilitate project governance, status reporting, steering committee updates, and project documentation.

Stakeholder Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client project teams, ensuring clear communication and expectation alignment.
• Build strong relationships with business sponsors, SMEs, and technical leads to drive decisions and remove roadblocks.

Test Management

• Oversee full testing lifecycle: test planning, test scripts, UAT coordination, defect management, and sign-off.
• Ensure alignment between business scenarios, functional requirements, and testing outcomes.

Team Leadership

• Coordinate work between technical developers, functional consultants, QA teams, and third-party vendors.
• Provide guidance, promote a collaborative culture, and ensure accountability for deliverables.

Risk, Budget & Scope Control

• Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating and resolving proactively.
• Ensure adherence to project scope, change control processes, and budget management.
• Ensure solution quality through structured reviews, test cycles, and readiness assessments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in system integration or enterprise software delivery.
• Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid).
• Demonstrated test management experience, including managing UAT, SIT, and end-to-end test cycles.
• Exceptional communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and drive cross-functional teams toward outcomes.
