Job summary

Hunters International Sdn Bhd is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate strategic commercial initiatives across Southeast Asia. The role aligns Sales, Marketing, Technical Service, Supply Chain and Finance to drive timely delivery of business priorities.

You will manage cross-functional projects, develop timelines, reports and dashboards, analyze performance, and support budgeting and planning with strong Excel and Power BI skills. Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin is required.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in project coordination, commercial operations, strategy or business analysis.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience in SAP and Power BI is an advantage.
• Excellent Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin communication skills.

Position Summary

The Project Manager supports the execution of strategic commercial initiatives across the region. The role coordinates cross‑functional projects, monitors execution progress, prepares business analyses, and ensures timely follow‑up of key actions. Drives alignment between Sales, Marketing, Technical Service, Supply Chain, Customer Service and Finance to deliver business priorities effectively.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Project Coordination

• Coordinate commercial projects.
• Develop project timelines, action trackers and progress reports.
• Monitor project milestones and follow up with stakeholders.
• Identify execution risks and recommend mitigation actions.
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule.

2. Commercial Support

• Analyse sales performance, pipeline and market trends.
• Support pricing, business case development and commercial proposals.
• Coordinate key customer and market development projects.
• Monitor commercial KPIs and prepare management dashboards.

3. Cross‑functional Coordination

• Liaise with Sales, Marketing, Technical Service, Supply Chain, Operations, Customer Service and Finance.
• Coordinate regional initiatives across countries.
• Facilitate communication between departments to remove execution bottlenecks.
• Ensure timely completion of agreed actions.

4. Process Improvement

• Improve commercial workflows and reporting efficiency.
• Standardise project tracking and governance.
• Support digitalisation and automation initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement projects.

5. Business Analytics

• Prepare monthly business performance reports.
• Analyse business opportunities and risks.
• Support budgeting and strategic planning exercises.
• Provide ad hoc analyses for executive decision-making.
