Job summary

Scholpp Asia Pacific Sdn Bhd is seeking a capable Project Engineer to support machine installation, relocation, and site-based project activities. Travel to project sites locally and overseas will be required.

The candidate should have practical engineering experience, be hands-on, and coordinate with customers, suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure projects meet safety, quality, and timetable requirements.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Preferably at least 2 years of field experience, particularly at project sites.
• Hands-on experience in machine installation, machine relocation, or related engineering work is preferred.
• Willingness to travel overseas and to outstation locations.
• Practical, responsible, and able to work independently at project sites.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Support and coordinate machine installation, relocation, and other site-related project activities.
• Work closely with customers, suppliers, contractors, and internal teams at project sites.
• Assist with site planning, project coordination, progress follow-up, and documentation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve project-related technical or operational issues when required.
• Ensure assigned work is carried out safely, efficiently, and according to project requirements.
• Travel overseas and to outstation locations for project assignments.
• Perform other engineering and project-related tasks assigned by the supervisor or management.
