Job summary

MY NAFCO PRECISION SDN. BHD. in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan, seeks an experienced Project Management professional to drive engineering projects to on-time, on-budget delivery with high quality standards.

As a Project Management coordinator, you will lead cross-functional teams, manage plans and risks, and report progress to stakeholders. A Bachelor's degree is required, 1–3 years PM experience is preferred, PMP is a plus, and strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the engineering or aerospace industry.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is an advantage.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Solid organizational and time-management abilities.
