Job summary

MY NAFCO PRECISION SDN. BHD. in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan, seeks an experienced Project Management professional to drive engineering projects to on-time, on-budget delivery with high quality standards.

As a Project Management coordinator, you will lead cross-functional teams, manage plans and risks, and report progress to stakeholders. A Bachelor's degree is required, 1–3 years PM experience is preferred, PMP is a plus, and strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the engineering or aerospace industry.
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficient in project management software and tools.
Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is an advantage.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid organizational and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including setting objectives, timelines, and resources.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute project tasks and milestones effectively.
Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Communicate project status updates to stakeholders and decision-makers.
Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and customer requirements.
Collaborate with engineering and operations to optimise processes and procedures.
Provide leadership and mentorship to junior project team members.
