Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong requirements discovery to scope and success metrics.
• Ability to produce BRD/FRD, implementation plan, migration approach, test strategy.
• Experience leading complex infrastructure projects and stakeholder workshops.

Responsibilities

• Provide staff augmentation for Project Consultant and ITSM Consultant.
• Support project governance, planning and coordination to ensure delivery within scope and timelines.
• Assist ITSM adoption including incident, change and service improvement processes.
