Job summary

Private Advertiser, an established IT solutions provider in Malaysia, is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead enterprise technology projects from initiation through delivery, focusing on infrastructure, cloud and systems integration. You will manage scope, timelines, budgets and governance, lead cross-functional teams and vendors, and ensure quality, risk control and successful handover.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of IT project management experience.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification is required.
• Proven experience managing IT infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, cloud or systems integration projects.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, budget management, risk management and stakeholder coordination.

Our client, an established IT solutions provider, is looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead enterprise technology projects from initiation through successful delivery.

This role combines technical project delivery, stakeholder management and commercial accountability, including project budgets, resource utilisation and margin performance.

Key responsibilities

Plan, execute and deliver IT infrastructure, network, security, cloud and systems integration projects.

Establish project scope, timelines, resource allocation, budgets and governance.

Lead cross-functional teams, technical consultants, vendors and implementation partners.

Manage client expectations, project risks, issues and change requests.

Ensure project quality, testing, documentation and successful handover.

Monitor project costs, resource efficiency, revenue leakage and profitability.

Prepare project performance reports and contribute to improvements in delivery efficiency.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.

Minimum 5 years of IT project management experience.

PMP or PRINCE2 certification is required.

Proven experience managing IT infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, cloud or systems integration projects.
