Job summary

Dynaciate Engineering seeks a capable project lead to steer civil, construction, or mechanical projects from kickoff to completion. You will review technical drawings, coordinate with Design, QA/QC and Production, and ensure adherence to budgets and timelines.

You will monitor progress, manage resources, and enforce safety and quality standards on site, while preparing regular progress reports for management.

Qualifications

• Academic qualification required: Degree or Master in Engineering (Civil/Construction or Mechanical).

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate project activities from project kick-off through completion.
• Review project requirements, specifications, drawings, and work scopes to ensure smooth project execution.
• Plan and coordinate work sequences, manpower, equipment, and materials according to project requirements.
• Develop, monitor, and update the overall project schedule to ensure timely completion.
• Review Material Take-Off (MTO), technical drawings, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with Design, QA/QC, Production, and other departments to resolve project-related issues.
• Monitor project progress, resource utilization, and costs to ensure work is carried out within the approved budget.
• Oversee daily fabrication activities and ensure work is performed safely, efficiently, and according to project requirements.
• Monitor quality control activities and ensure compliance with approved QA/QC procedures and standards.
• Ensure NDE activities are carried out in accordance with company procedures and project requirements.
• Work closely with internal teams and clients to support smooth project execution and continuous improvement.
• Promote a safe working environment and ensure compliance with company safety and health requirements.
• Prepare and submit regular project progress reports to management.

Education

Degree/Master in Engineering – Civil and Construction Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
