Randstad Malaysia is seeking a proactive Project Engineer / Assistant Engineer to support new project introductions, manufacturing readiness, and process improvements in a busy production environment. You will prepare BOMs, develop work instructions, coordinate with cross‑functional teams, and work closely with QA to investigate issues and implement corrective actions.

Competenze

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in project coordination, BOM preparation, process documentation, or manufacturing process improvement.
• Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies and quality management practices.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and cross-functional communication skills.
• Proactive, hands-on and able to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
