Job summary

The successful candidate will lead process improvements, coordinate with R&D and manufacturing, and ensure compliance with QMS and HSE procedures while managing capital projects and ECR/ECO changes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Over 7 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering, NPI Management and Project management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage multiple projects from start to finish.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Lead process improvement and problem-solving initiatives.
• Collaborate with R&D and manufacturing teams.
• Maintain BOM, ERP updates, and manage ECR/ECO changes.
• Forecast capital needs and manage NPI introductions.
• Prepare reports and maintain QMS documentation.
