Job summary

Jora Malaysia seeks an engineer to lead operators in First Article builds for new products and projects. You will assist in solving technical issues, ensure timely builds, and read engineering drawings, schematics, and BOMs. A solid IPC620 understanding and clear customer communication are essential.

The role requires a Bachelor Degree in Engineering and 3–5 years of manufacturing experience; knowledge of cables/connectors is a plus, with data analysis skills and English proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering or equivalent.
• Strong ability to read engineering drawings and schematics.
• Familiarity with BOM usage and work instructions.
• Knowledge of IPC620 and acceptance criteria.
• Good data analysis and English communication skills.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor Degree in Engineering, preferably in mechanical or Electrical & Electronics engineering or equivalent.

At least 3 to 5 years' of relevant working experience in manufacturing environment.

Candidates with experiences in cable and connector industry will be an added advantage.

Knowledge of molding process is an added advantage.

Knowledge of engineering process control and improvement activities.

Good verbal and written communication in English.

Good in the skill of data analysis and statistical aptitude.
