Job summary

Advanced Innergy Solutions Ltd in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia is seeking a Project Engineer to support PM in project delivery from sales handover through lifecycle. The role includes coordinating project work, purchasing, expediting and logistics, and frequent site coordination.

You will prepare documentation, check drawings, ensure safety, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, delivering site packs and manufacturing records as required.

Qualifications

• Proficient in coordinating project work, both in-house and off-site.
• Experienced in purchasing, expediting and logistics.
• Clear and effective communication.
• Confident in presenting data/information clearly for approval.
• Highly organised and reliable to complete tasks.

Responsibilities

• Review project scope and technical documentation to support the Project Manager through the project lifecycle.
• Prepare project documents on time within prescribed deadlines.
• Check and accept client and supplier drawings and specifications as necessary.
• Ensure duties are undertaken in a safe and controlled manner with suitable training.
• Coordinate with internal and extranet stakeholders.
• Record and issue meeting minutes and actions.
• Provide assistance to operations and manufacturing as required.
• Raise manufacturing requests for materials and tools/equipment.
• Obtain quotations and present to PM for acceptance.
• Place orders for products and services using company financial systems.
• Oversee in-house engineering design of mould tooling and provide project approval.
• Monitor and expedite delivery of in-house and supplier items.
• Complete and issue shipping documentation.
• Coordinate logistics with AIS subcontractors.
• Prepare site handover packs and lead site handover meetings.
• Support detailed site schedule planning.
• Review site paperwork and monitor stock and progress.
• Prepare Manufacturing Record Books detailing site activities.
• Conduct site visits as required by the Project Manager.
