Job summary

Airswift is seeking a Project Engineer in Johor on a contract basis. You will deliver projects on schedule, service security systems, and ensure client satisfaction while coordinating with PMs, clients, and subcontractors.

Your role includes project management, testing, commissioning, and site inspections, with emphasis on APAC standards and timely customer training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• 1–2 years' experience in a similar role.
• Prior experience in Data Centre projects is advantageous.
• Proficiency in BM and English.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and complete projects on schedule and to client satisfaction.
• Service security systems and troubleshoot issues for clients.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and manage client relations.
• Finish routine preventive maintenance as per APAC standards.
• Project management, programming, testing and commissioning.
• Prepare engineering packages according to standards.
• Conduct site inspections and coordinate with PM, clients and subcontractors.
• Review installations according to manuals and APAC standards.
• Provide on-site client training and resolve service issues promptly.

Title: Project Engineer

Responsibilities

• Deliver / complete projects in schedule, economically and to clients' satisfaction, and to our internal installation standards for both local and international project.
• Service security systems and provide services to our clients. Troubleshooting and solving problems.
• Ensure Customer satisfaction.
• Manage relations with existing clients.
• Finish routine preventive maintenance on time according to The Company's APAC standards and policies.
• Project Management, Programming, Testing & Commission, trouble shooting.
• Product pre-testing.
• Preparing project 'engineering package' according to standard.
• Site inspections. Coordination with PM, client (when needed), third parties, sub-contractors.
• Review and supervision of all equipment installations, wiring, according to product manuals, and The Company's APAC standards.
• On site client training
• Coordinate all customer service issues and managing relations with all existing clients within assigned region.
• Ensure quality of The Company's APAC services following The Company's standards and policies strictly, to deliver prompt and efficient response to all service requests within assigned region.
• Provide routine preventive maintenances.
• Handle daily troubleshooting, follow up all open technical issues till the problems resolved.
• Take over all service issues from Project team after External Hand Over done.
• Prepare customer training materials and deliver professional customer training.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
• 1 - 2 years' of experience working in a similar role
• Prior experience working in Data Centre projects will be highly advantageous.
