Job summary

Jora Malaysia seeks an Electrical Engineer (Power) to lead HV substation projects from engineering through commissioning. You will review designs, SLDs, layouts and protection schemes while coordinating HV equipment such as transformers, switchgear, CTs, VTs and protection relays.

Based in Malaysia, you will work with clients, consultants, suppliers and contractors, develop schedules, support site installation, testing and energisation, and participate in technical evaluations of equipment,

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering (Power) required.
• Preferably 3–5 years of experience in HV substation projects.
• Good understanding of HV equipment, protection and electrical systems.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and electrical drawings.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and manage project deadlines.
• Must be willing to relocate based on project requirements and location.
