Premier Consolidated Sdn Bhd is seeking a project coordinator/engineer to support the project manager with documentation, cost control, scheduling, and site supervision. The role requires coordinating with owners, contractors and consultants to ensure timely project completion.

The ideal candidate will have a mechanical/industrial engineering background, 1–3 years of related experience, and proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office, with fluent English and Bahasa Malaysia communication.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years' experience as a project coordinator, project engineer or relevant.
• Strong experience in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluent in verbal and written communication in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
• Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards.
• Having experience in construction and project management will be an added advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Site management including schedule planning and execution, budgeting and management, attending to contractual and technical matters.
• Execute site management practice in line with company policies from start to completion.
• Attend site meetings, liaise with owner, contractors and consultants on technical/coordination issues.
• Monitor and supervise project site work, construction operation and other activities such as material delivery and M&E installation.
• Preparation of documentation.
