Job description

Responsibilities

To manage projects and provide technical and management guidance to the assigned PM or engineers. Monitor all projects closely to ensure they are managed within the given time, cost, and quality constraints stipulated in the contract.

To adopt the Project Management Methodology for project implementation:

• The project scheduling, resource planning, and material logistics, overall management, coordination, supervision, quality control/assurance, and budgetary control of projects implemented.
• To formulate the overall project plan with consultation with management and other parties concerned.

To ensure the project meets the quality standards expected by the customer:

• To ensure minimal defects and re-work by ensuring quality requirements are met.
• To ensure subcontractors comply with the quality requirements.

To train and maintain a team of competent and motivated project personnel in order:

• To continuously improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the project team by continuously leading, guiding and motivating them through better teamwork and spirit.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a degree in construction project or building services or equivalent.
• 2‑5 years of related experience.
• Candidate with positive attitude and always willing to learn.
• Able to meet tight deadlines and work independently with minimum supervision.
