Job summary

English Language School Adelaide is seeking a Project Engineer in Shah Alam for a 3-4 month contract to lead and manage project activities across all phases from concept to start-up in the oil & gas sector.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in engineering, at least 5 years in oil & gas, with CIDB/BEM registration; PMP is a plus. You will ensure PPMS compliance, monitor HSSE, cost and schedule, and prepare performance reports.

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree in Engineering discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in oil & gas industry.
• Experience in at least one complete cycle of COMPANY Brownfield or Greenfield project.
• Experience in offshore/onshore engineering including conceptual design, Front End and detailed design, procurement processes and tendering, construction and commissioning activities.
• CIDB registration.
• BEM registration.
• PMP accreditation (added value, optional).

• Lead and manage project activities across all phases, including conceptual and Front-End Engineering, detailed engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, start-up, and operations.
• Ensure project execution complies with project specifications, COMPANY Project Management System (PPMS), and applicable statutory requirements.
• Monitor and track overall project performance, including HSSE, cost, schedule, and quality (OTOBOS).
• Prepare project performance reports and coordinate meetings with relevant disciplines and stakeholders to ensure project objectives and deliverables are achieved.

Requirement(s):

• Minimum Degree in Engineering discipline.

• Experience in various aspects of offshore/onshore engineering i.e., conceptual design, Front End and detailed design, procurement processes and tendering, construction and commissioning activities
• Registered with CIDB
• BEM registered
• PMP accreditation (added value, optional)
