Job summary

Elsa Talent Solutions Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Project Engineer in Shah Alam to lead project activities across all phases, including conceptual and Front-End Engineering, detailed engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, start-up, and ongoing operations.

You will ensure adherence to project specifications and the COMPANY PPMS, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, monitor HSSE, cost, schedule and quality, and prepare regular performance reports for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree in Engineering discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in oil & gas industry.
• Experience in at least one complete Brownfield or Greenfield project.
• Experience in offshore/onshore concept design, Front End and detailed design, procurement, construction and commissioning.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage project activities across all phases (conceptual, FEED, detailed engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, start-up, operations).
• Ensure execution complies with project specifications, PPMS, and statutory requirements.
• Monitor and track overall project performance (HSSE, cost, schedule, quality).
• Prepare project performance reports and coordinate meetings with disciplines and stakeholders.

Position : Project Engineer

Location : Central Region (Shah Alam)

Contract Period : 3 - 4 months

Scope of Works:

• Lead and manage project activities across all phases, including conceptual and Front-End Engineering, detailed engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, start-up, and operations.


• Ensure project execution complies with project specifications, COMPANY Project Management System (PPMS), and applicable statutory requirements.


• Monitor and track overall project performance, including HSSE, cost, schedule, and quality (OTOBOS).


• Prepare project performance reports and coordinate meetings with relevant disciplines and stakeholders to ensure project objectives and deliverables are achieved.

Requirement(s):

• Minimum Degree in Engineering discipline.


• Minimum 5 years of working experience in oil & gas industry


• Have experience at least involved in one (1) complete cycle of COMPANY Brownfield or Greenfield project.


• Experience in various aspects of offshore/onshore engineering i.e., conceptual design, Front End and detailed design, procurement processes and tendering, construction and commissioning activities


• Registered with CIDB


• BEM registered


• PMP accreditation (added value, optional)
