Electmech Synergy Sdn Bhd is seeking a site-focused professional to plan, monitor, and control daily project activities on site in Selangor. You will report to a supervisor and coordinate with authorities, consultants, and contractors to ensure timely, quality completion within budget.

The role requires a degree in Electrical engineering and 3–5 years of relevant experience, with fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English and willingness to travel. Independence and strong discipline are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant site experience.
• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English (spoken and written).
• Willing to travel and work independently with discipline.

Responsabilités

• Plan, monitor and control daily activities at project site and report to superior.
• Build and maintain communication with authorities, sub-contractors and consultants.
• Liaise with authorities for approvals and ensure timely quality completion within budget.
• Coordinate with consultants, suppliers and sub-contractors to ensure high quality of works.
• Attend site meetings and prepare reports.

Monitor and coordinate with consultants, suppliers and sub-contractors at all levels to ensure high quality of works

Communicate with relevant authorities, sub-contractors and consultants to ensure timely and quality completion of projects within budget

Attend site meetings and prepare reports

Requirements

Degree in Electrical

3 to 5 years of experience

Good command in spoken and written Bahasa Malaysia and English

Driven and initiative to learn on-the-job

Able to be independent and has good discipline

Willing to travel
