Job summary

Enpro Teknologi Sdn Bhd is seeking a capable Construction Compliance Lead in Kuala Lumpur to oversee safety and regulatory adherence on site. You will manage onsite and offsite construction compliance with safety regulations and plan, coordinate, and supervise site teams.

You will attend site and consultant meetings for project coordination, handle monthly progress claims, certificates, and material requests, and ensure that all works meet client requirements and regulatory specifications.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage onsite and offsite construction compliance with construction safety regulations
• Able to plan, coordinate, manage and supervise construction site teams
• Attend site meetings, consultant meetings etc for project coordination
• Responsible for monthly progress claims, certificate and material request
• Ensure works carried out meets the Client's requirements and expectation in compliance with regulation specified
