Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a candidate to plan, monitor, and push for project development activities to ensure smooth execution. The role requires coordinating among consultants, contractors and authorities to identify outstanding works and ensure completion within the set timeframe.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil & Structural/Mechanical/Architecture/Construction Management/Quantity surveying, with 1–2 years of relevant experience, and strong Malay/English

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil & Structural/Mechanical/Architecture/Construction Management/Quantity surveying is required.
1–2 years of related work experience.
Must be able to communicate in Malay/English; Mandarin is an added advantage.
Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
Good written and verbal communication skills; able to work independently and be a fast learner.

Responsibilities

Plan, monitor and push for project development activities and ensure smooth execution.
Coordinate among consultants, contractors and authorities.
Identify outstanding works to be carried out and ensure completion within the time frame.
Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior or Company.
