Job summary

Johnson Controls in Malaysia seeks a Project Scheduling & Analysis specialist to support the Project Delivery team with scheduling, risk analysis and reports on revenue and billing. You will develop baseline master schedules, perform EOT and LAD evaluations, monitor variances and upload documents to SharePoint, using Primavera P6 and advanced Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH).

Collaborating with Lines of Business and management, you will drive on-time project delivery and data-driven decisions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field with 3–5 years in construction project management (MEP experience preferred).
• Proficient in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH, Conditional Formatting).
• Experience in subcontractor and procurement management; understanding of PPM, revenue tracking, and billing.

Responsibilities

• Develop baseline master work programs and project schedules, including manpower histogram charts.
• Prepare S-Curve and manpower histograms based on project timelines.
• Conduct delay analysis, EOT assessments, LAD evaluations, and prepare delay chronology reports.
