Job summary

Erudite Innovation is seeking an experienced IT Project Scheduler to join our Malaysia-based delivery team. You will develop, maintain and monitor detailed project schedules across banking IT programs, coordinating with PMO, business analysts, development, testing, infrastructure and vendors to ensure timely delivery.

You will define activities, milestones, dependencies and baselines, manage cross-project scheduling, track progress and provide dashboards to senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, project management, business or related field.
• 3–8+ years of experience in IT project scheduling / PMO / project controls.
• Strong hands-on experience with MS Project or Primavera P6.
• Understanding of WBS, dependencies, milestones and critical path analysis.
• Experience tracking progress and schedule variance.
• Experience coordinating multiple technical workstreams.
• Banking/financial services domain experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed IT project schedules from initiation to closure.
• Work with PMs and technical teams to define activities, milestones, dependencies and deliverables.
• Establish baseline schedules and maintain schedule versions.
• Create WBS and detailed activity plans.
• Define durations, sequencing, dependencies and resources.
• Identify critical path activities and monitor milestones.
• Track progress and identify schedule delays and impacts.
• Perform schedule variance analysis and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate schedules across multiple IT workstreams and projects.
• Prepare weekly and monthly schedule reports for PMO and senior management.
