Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an experienced Operations/Projects Manager to oversee daily operations, coordinate cross-functional projects, and optimize efficiency in a logistics-enabled environment. This role emphasizes strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and stakeholder communication.

The ideal candidate will manage inventory, liaise with suppliers, and drive process improvements while ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in operations, project management, or a similar role with logistics experience preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in relevant software applications, including project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Coordinate and execute projects from initiation to completion, meeting deadlines and budget.
• Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and clients to maintain strong business relationships.
• Manage inventory and stock levels, ensuring optimal availability of premium gifts.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare reports on operational performance and project progress for management review.
• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing and promotional activities.
