Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an experienced Operations/Projects professional to oversee daily operations and coordinate multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience, with emphasis on logistics and vendor management. Strong organizational skills and excellent communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in operations, project management, or a similar role (with logistics - import & export experience will be preferred).
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in relevant software applications, including project management tools.
• Experience in the general and wholesale trading industry, particularly in premium gifts, is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Coordinate and execute projects from initiation to completion, meeting deadlines and budget.
• Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and clients to maintain strong business relationships.
• Manage inventory and stock levels, ensuring optimal availability of premium gifts.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare reports on operational performance and project progress for management review.
• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing and promotional activities.
