Job summary

Fluxline Trading in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced Operations/Project Manager to oversee daily operations and coordinate projects from initiation to completion. You will liaise with suppliers, manage inventory, and implement strategies to improve service delivery and efficiency.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years in operations or project management, with a focus on logistics. Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in operations, project management, or a similar role (with logistics - import & export experience will be preferred).
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in relevant software applications, including project management tools.
• Experience in the general and wholesale trading industry, particularly in premium gifts, is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Coordinate and execute projects from initiation to completion, meeting deadlines and budget.
• Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and clients to maintain strong business relationships.
• Manage inventory and stock levels, ensuring optimal availability of premium gifts.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare reports on operational performance and project progress for management review.
• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing and promotional activities.
