Job summary

Fluxline Trading is seeking an experienced operations and project management professional based in Kuala Lumpur. The role focuses on overseeing daily operations, coordinating projects from initiation to completion, and maintaining strong supplier and client relationships.

The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of experience in operations or project management with logistics exposure. Strong organizational, negotiation, and software skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in operations, project management, or a similar role (logistics - import & export experience preferred).
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in relevant software applications, including project management tools.
• Experience in the general and wholesale trading industry, particularly in premium gifts, is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and clients to maintain strong business relationships.

• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing and promotional activities.
