Job summary

Kuala Lumpur Industrial Engineering Sdn Bhd is seeking a Project Executive to oversee project coordination and administration in Shah Alam. You will manage documentation, coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers and internal teams, and ensure timely delivery of project deliverables.

The role requires a Diploma or Degree in Engineering, PM, or related fields, with 1–3 years of relevant experience. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, along with MS Office

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration or related fields preferred.
• 1–3 years of relevant project coordination, administration or engineering experience preferred.
• Good communication, coordination and interpersonal skills expected.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of SQL Accounting is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor project activities from planning to completion.
• Follow up on project progress, schedules, site requirements and deliverables.
• Assist in project planning, technical and engineering documentation.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, tender documents and related project documents.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors and internal teams.
• Monitor timelines, materials, manpower and site requirements.
• Arrange project meetings, site visits, inspections and related activities.
• Prepare project reports, progress updates, and meeting minutes.
