Job summary

Eagles Engineers (an entity of CoMade) is seeking a Project Controls Officer to support engineering projects by providing accurate cost, schedule, risk, and progress insights.

You will work with Project Managers, Engineering Leads, and client stakeholders to establish baselines, monitor performance, forecast outcomes, and recommend corrective actions to ensure timely delivery within budget and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Min 4+ years' experience in project controls, cost engineering, or planning/scheduling roles, ideally within engineering/construction/infrastructure delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated project schedules (Primavera P6, MS Project) covering engineering, procurement, and construction phases
• Establish schedule baselines and manage change control processes
• Develop and maintain project cost baselines, budgets, and forecasts
• Track committed costs, actual expenditure, and accruals against budget
• Prepare weekly/monthly project status reports for internal leadership and client stakeholders
• Analyse CPI and SPI trends
• Support quantitative schedule and cost risk analysis (e.g. Monte Carlo simulation)
• Support project audits, stage-gate reviews, and governance reporting
