Job summary

CoMade is seeking a Project Controls Manager to own planning, cost control, risk management, and reporting across a diverse construction project portfolio. You will link project delivery with senior leadership, ensuring performance is tracked with reliable data and decisions are well-supported.

Lead the creation of new projects in the PM system, develop schedules with Primavera P6 or MS Project, and drive improvements in budgeting, reporting and KPIs across the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Project Management or related field.
• Certification in project controls (PMI-SP, AACE) is advantageous.
• 6+ years in project controls within construction/engineering.
• Experience with schedules, cost control, budgets, and reports.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage project plans and master schedules.
• Establish and maintain budgets, cost codes and financial tracking.
• Contribute to bid/tender processes with financial modelling and risk assessment.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation plans for time and cost.
• Manage change control processes and assess impacts.
• Prepare regular performance reports for senior management.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs for schedule, cost, and risk tracking.
• Drive continuous improvement in project accounting and reporting tools.
