Job summary

Toyo Engineering & Construction Sdn. Bhd. in Malaysia seeks an experienced Project Control Manager to oversee planning, scheduling, cost control, progress monitoring, forecasting and reporting across Oil & Gas downstream projects.

The role requires establishing robust project controls, developing costing tools, maintaining schedules, and coordinating with project stakeholders to ensure delivery within approved budgets and timelines.

Qualifications

• Possess a recognized Degree in any discipline.
• Minimum ten (10) years of experience in Oil & Gas downstream projects.
• Minimum seven (7) years of experience as Project Control Manager in the Oil & Gas industry.
• Proven experience in project planning, scheduling, progress control, cost control, forecasting, and project reporting.
• Experience with MS Project; Primavera P6 is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead project controls functions including planning, scheduling, progress control, cost control, and reporting.
• Develop and improve project control tools, systems, and procedures.
• Establish and maintain project schedules, baselines, milestones, and progress measurement.
• Monitor critical path, risks, and schedule delay mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with departments, contractors, subcontractors, and clients under umbrella contracts.
