Job summary

Vantris Energy Berhad is seeking an experienced Project Control Manager to lead planning, scheduling, cost control, and performance monitoring across EPCIC/EPCI/T&I projects in Malaysia. The role requires collaboration with Project Managers, Directors, clients, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery in line with contractual requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil/Mechanical/Mechatronics/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
Registered with the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM).

Responsibilities

Lead the development and implementation of project planning and control strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
Establish project control baselines including WBS, CBS, OBS, schedules, resource plans, cash flow forecasts, and progress measurement systems.
Develop and maintain integrated project schedules using Primavera P6.
Monitor project performance against baselines and identify risks, issues, and opportunities.
Lead Management of Change (MOC) processes and documentation for changes, variations, and claims.
Provide regular project performance reporting to management and stakeholders.
