Job summary

URBAN CATALYST ARCHITECTURE SDN BHD is seeking a skilled architect to translate client briefs into compelling design concepts and detailed construction drawings. You will collaborate with the Director and design teams to develop designs from concept through documentation, ensuring architectural integrity and client satisfaction.

The role demands strong presentation and communication abilities, project management skills, and the capability to work autonomously while coordinating with consultants

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of scale and proportion in design.
• Ability to translate client briefs into actionable design plans.
• Experience collaborating with Directors and design teams during development phases.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Director or Head of Team in the design development phase.
• Develop detailed architectural drawings, specifications and documentation.
• Manage projects from inception to completion within timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with project consultants, contractors and sub-contractors.
• Work autonomously with minimal supervision and initiative.
• Communicate design ideas effectively to clients and team.
• Adapt to varying project requirements and stay updated with industry trends.
• Be proactive in problem-solving to keep project objectives on track.
