Job summary

HRJ Engineering (M) Sdn. Bhd. is hiring a Project Architect to support design development and architectural detailing on live projects in Kuala Lumpur.

You will prepare design proposals, layout plans and material boards for presentation, and participate in site meetings. The role requires a Diploma/degree in Architecture (LAM Part 2 with 2-3 years experience) and proficiency with Autocad, BIM, SketchUp, Revit or Photoshop.

Qualifications

• Must possess architecture diploma or degree.
• LAM Part 2 with 2-3 years experience.
• Strong design and technical knowledge.
• Experience in Autocad, BIM, Sketchup, Revit, Photoshop or other design software.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing and developing projects for the Company.
• Assist in implementing projects according to schedules and budget.
• Prepare design proposals, layout plans and material boards for presentation.
• Attend site meetings or inspections when required.
• Assist in design development and architecture detailing.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress and ensure design compliance.
