Job summary

SmartHire by SEEK is seeking a Project / Design Architect in Petaling Jaya to own the design process from initial sketches to final delivery.

You will work across a multidisciplinary team, coordinating with clients and internal teams, and gaining exposure to overseas projects. A degree in Architecture with at least five years of experience is required, with strong AutoCAD, BIM, 3D modelling, and Photoshop skills.

• Interior design exposure is an added advantage and complements the work.

Responsibilities

• Leading design from concept to completion.
• Producing precise 2D drawings, BIM models, 3D models, and renderings.
• Collaborating with clients and teams throughout every phase of a project.
• Translating vision into construction-ready documentation.
• Managing timelines and deliverables to ensure on-time delivery.
• Presenting design concepts and facilitating stakeholder feedback.
• Problem-solving on the go to resolve design or documentation issues.
