Job summary

UIG Architects Sdn Bhd is seeking an Architect to design and manage projects across residential, mixed-use, commercial or master plan developments. You will oversee feasibility, concept through construction drawings, tender docs and coordination with clients and consultants.

The ideal candidate holds a Master's in Architecture with 3–5 years' experience, is registered or has value-adding credentials, and can lead a diverse team while maintaining strong client relationships in a fast-paced

Qualifications

Master's Degree in Architecture and 3–5 years' experience in design and project architecture.
Registered with Board of Architects Malaysia / LAM is an added value.
Ability to lead a design/documentation team and manage client relationships.
Excellent time management to meet tight timelines.
Good articulation and writing skills; fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

Conduct feasibility studies and develop concept, schematic, design development drawings, and construction drawings.
Prepare tender docs, schedules and material specifications.
Liaise with Client Representatives and Consultants to meet project objectives.
Manage projects from inception through implementation stage.
Lead a team of architects, engineers, designers and external consultants.
Ensure design quality complies with codes, guidelines and regulations.
