Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a qualified architect with a Diploma or Degree in Architecture for immediate appointment in Johor Bahru. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of relevant experience and strong communication and teamwork skills, and must be Malaysia-based.

Responsibilities include producing conceptual sketches, AutoCAD designs, rendering and Microsoft Office work; preparing documents for submission or construction; coordinating with clients, authorities, consultants and contractors;

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Degree in Architecture or equivalent.
• At least 2-3 years experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Malaysian only

Responsibilities

• Required Skill(s): AutoCAD, designing, sketching, rendering & Microsoft software.
• Preparing conceptual & sketch proposals.
• Taking notes and following up projects or other assignments.
• Preparing documents & drawings for submission or construction purposes
• To coordinate with Client, Local Authority, Consultants or contractors for all building and submission matters.
• Site visit for site analysis, site measurement and check if work done in accordance with drawings.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Able to work overtime if required.
• Able to start work ASAP.
