Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a focused coordinator to assist in store renovation projects, including new openings, refits, and closures. You will work with the Property and Fit-Out teams to ensure timely execution and accurate asset tracking.

The role requires a Diploma or Degree in Project Management, strong English and Bahasa communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Office is located at Wisma LYL, Petaling Jaya.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree holder in Project Management or related field.
• Good command of written and spoken English & Bahasa.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, i.e. Excel, Word, Power Point.
• Can work independently.
• Ability to communicate with team.
• Willing to work at Wisma LYL, Petaling Jaya office.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating store renovation works for new, refit and close stores.
• Work closely with Property and Fit-Out team to execute new, refit and close stores.
• Assist and support in manage & tracking of the fixed assets for all stores.
• Assist and support in maintain filing system of all the project & ad-hoc works.
