Jabil is seeking a Staff/Principal Full Stack Developer in Penang to lead end-to-end software development, shape architecture, and mentor junior engineers. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable applications, optimize performance, and evolve the tech landscape with emerging tools.

You will drive technical strategy, champion best practices, and integrate front-end, back-end, databases, and cloud services to align with business goals in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• 6+ years of experience as a Staff/Principal Full Stack Developer or equivalent.
• Extensive hands-on full-stack .NET development with .NET 6, ASP.NET MVC, and C#.
• Proficient in Mendix low-code platform.
• Strong front-end skills: HTML, CSS, JavaScript; VueJS or Angular.
• Experience with SQL Server and PostgreSQL databases.
• CI/CD implementation for software delivery.
• Familiarity with AWS/Azure, containers, mobile development and Selenium is a plus.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience as a Staff/Principal Full Stack Developer or coding luminary.
• Extensive experience in full‑stack .NET development using .NET 6, ASP.NET MVC, and C#.
• Strong proficiency in the Mendix low‑code development platform.
• Proficient in front‑end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like VueJS or Angular.
• In‑depth knowledge of SQL Server and PostgreSQL database development.
• Proven track record of implementing and managing CI/CD processes for software delivery.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), containerization, mobile development (Xamarine, MAUI, Flutter), and Selenium WebDriver is a plus.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities within cross‑functional teams.
• Ability to mentor and guide junior developers in technical aspects.
